The objectives of One Week Epidemiology training is to strengthen field epidemiological competencies and skills on their application, one week epidemiology training for regular state and district level public health programme officials and also to finding motivated state and non-state service candidates who might be willing to take up Epidemic Intelligence Service training for a full 2-year term.
