We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to withdraw from a course after purchase. That’s why we offer a 100% refund for all paid courses purchased through our website, subject to the following conditions:
The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of course enrollment/purchase.
The course must have been purchased through our official
The course must not have been completed more than 25% before the refund request.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method (source account) within 7–10 working days from approval.
2. How to Request a Refund

Full Name (as used during registration)

Course name and date of purchase

Processing Time: Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued directly to the source of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
3. Refund Limitations
While we strive to accommodate refund requests fairly, there are certain scenarios where refunds may not be granted:
Requests made after 7 calendar days of purchase.
Courses that have been completed beyond 25% (as indicated by system logs or user progress).
Users found to have violated academic integrity, including misuse of course material or access sharing.
Payments made through unauthorized channels or third-party resellers not affiliated with IAEPH.
4. Refund for Bundled or Discounted Offers
If you’ve purchased a course as part of a bundle or discounted promotional offer, the refund may be applied proportionally based on the original value of each course in the package. In such cases:
Refunds are applicable only to individual eligible courses.
Any bonus content or material granted as part of the offer may be revoked upon refund.
5. Transfer or Course Substitution Policy
In lieu of a refund, students may request a course transfer or course substitution, provided:
The request is made within 7 days of enrollment.
The substituted course is of equal or lesser value.
The original course has not been completed beyond 25%.
All substitutions are subject to approval by our academic team.
